Their staff was friendly and professional. For the most part they were very timely, but I did have to wait a few weeks once when they got very busy during the summer with tree work. They performed their work well and as instructed and cleaned up their mess. They went out of their way to accommodate the needs of my elderly uncle at a fair price. These are good people and I will hire them again.

We hired Parshalls to remove two dead oak trees from my son's home. In the quote it said a thorough clean up of the work area would be done. What we got was they left a good majority of the brush and bark behind. One of the trees bounced and smashed out grandson's sand box. Then they first said they would not remove the smashed sand box until I threw a fit. There were eight or more large holes left. One of the workers instead of picking up the bark and saw dust used a leaf blower and blew it into the ground cover at the back of the property. They sent one guy back to clean up some of the mess but there is still a huge mess in the ground cover at the back of the property and several large holes. The stumps left behind are quite large and are jagged on the top area. If a child falls on one the are surely to be hurt.. I tried calling Mr. Parshall back tonight after we got home from my son's house to tell him it is unexceptable work and is not what the contract said would be done. He did not answer so I left a message

Parshall's is amazing! They were prompt, responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. They were so thorough, once the work was completed, I couldn't even tell they had been here. I will be hiring them in the future for sure.

We had several very tall trees, mostly poplars, that were too close to the house and were not looking healthy. We contacted Doug Parshall, the owner, and he came out within a few days to do an estimate for cutting down and removing 9 trees, grinding stumps and topping two other trees. The crew arrived, including Doug, and all were friendly and professional. All the work except for the stump grinding was done in one day. It poured of rain in the afternoon but the crew waited it out and finished the job after the thunder and lightening stopped. All the tree debris was cleaned up very well, we were impressed at how our yard was left so neat. There were of course tracks in the lawn where the machinery was brought in but that is to be expected. Actually, we expected worse. The stump grinding was done the next week and met our expectations. I would definitely recommend this company.
